MIDA is now hiring an eager and talented AGM to help be a part of their next phase of growth! They are seeking a candidate to bring through their management training program before joining the team at one of their Boston locations.
MIDA is an inspired neighborhood restaurant that focuses on technique-driven Italian food, an expansive Italian beverage program, and world class hospitality. Over the past four years, MIDA has become a staple in Boston. The restaurant has been awarded “Best of Boston” by Boston Magazine in multiple categories and is consistently recognized as one of the most promising up and coming restaurants in the city. Chef Douglass Williams was also included in Food & Wine magazine’s as one of the countries “Best New Chefs” in 2020. Their second location opened this Spring in Newton, MA.
They are seeking a Manager that has a passion for restaurant management experience as well as food, wine, and fine dining service. In addition to their operational duties, building a culture of knowledge, empathy, and respect is the top priority of all of their Managers. This individual must strive to embody the values of professionalism and education at all times.
Responsibilities and character traits for the position include:
- Execution of staff training and mentorship programs with a coaching leadership style
- Maintaining standards of operational excellence and hospitality
- Beverage inventory
- Day to day operations management
- Hands on management style
- Follow-through and timely project completion
