Met Back Bay, the classic Kathy Sidell restaurant on Newbury Street and Dartmouth, is interviewing for Service Manager to join the team. This American upscale casual restaurant is a Boston staple for brunch, patio dining and all things comfort food! The Service Manager will assist with the day to day tasks of running the floor, overseeing front-of-house staff and ensuring a high quality and enjoyable guest experience. Additionally, there is room to grow and become more involved with:
- bar & beverage programming
- lounge promotions
- staff training
- operations & maintenance
There is huge potential for growth and mobility within the group including Stephanie’s and Saltie Girl.
If you are a passionate, level-headed, fair and kind-hearted manager, they want to meet with you! This longstanding restaurant group has been operating for decades, and is still actively growing in Boston and beyond. Experience working with a diverse customer base is important as they entertain a broad range of guests on Newbury Street. Hospitality experience is a must, but they are happy to meet new managers that are genuine, and hungry to grow in the industry as well. There is a broad compensation range, which is commensurate with experience.
