Menton, Barbara Lynch’s Relais and Chateaux property in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood, is seeking qualified Sous Chef applicants. Above all, applicants will be passionate about food, food culture, and hospitality; eager students and patient educators; able to motivate and inspire a team of diverse individuals; and believe in leading by example. Ideal applicants will have prior kitchen managerial experience as well as exposure to costing, inventory, payroll, and scheduling. A minimum of two years relevant kitchen experience is required.
