The team is seeking a Reservationist to join Menton, the city’s only Relais & Châteaux fine dining restaurant.
The duties of the Reservationist include taking and confirming reservations, responding to general guest inquiries, and assisting management with office projects. Ideal candidates will demonstrate patience, be able to multitask, have professional phone etiquette, and be able to exude empathy, grace, and warmth both in person and over the phone. Some previous reservation or administrative experience is needed. Experience with Toast, Open Table, Tripleseat, Microsoft Word, and social media platforms are advantageous. Above all, applicants should have a genuine interest in hospitality and truly enjoy interacting with guests.
