Menton is looking to hire a Line Cook to join their small and very talented team!
Menton, Chef Barbara Lynch‘s acclaimed Relais & Châteaux fine dining restaurant in the Fort Point neighborhood of South Boston is currently open Wednesday through Sunday for dinner. Candidates should have full availability to include nights and weekends. The Line Cook will work garde manger, fish, meat, or protein. Candidates should possess excellent knife handling skills, a framework of understanding French culinary techniques, French and Italian Mediterranean cuisine, organization, efficient time management, passion about the work that they do, and excitement to work as part of a team. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years experience working in Italian or French scratch kitchens. A culinary degree is preferred.
The position is full time, offering a competitive hourly rate plus benefits.
