The Barbara Lynch Collective seeks a Dining Room Manager to join Menton, the city’s only Relais & Châteaux fine dining restaurant.
The Dining Room Manager position at Menton is a dynamic position that encompasses all aspects of the day-to-day operation and execution of the restaurant. This position reports directly to the General Manager and will have the primary focus of supervising the FOH service staff. This is a hands-on position that is directly involved in the nightly operation of the dining room and requires in-depth knowledge of all of Menton’s offerings (food, wine, cheese and spirits). The ideal candidate will play an integral role in delivering an unparalleled and luxurious, yet fun and exciting, dining experience to all the guests at Menton. Additionally, the Dining Room Manager will work closely with the General Manager to develop, enrich and educate the entire service team and ultimately embody the Menton values of intention, conviction, growth, education and respect.
One year of restaurant management is required and experience in a fine dining setting is preferred.
