Barbara Lynch Collective, founded by Chef Barbara Lynch, is an acclaimed collection of seven unique and memorable culinary experiences in Boston’s Fort Point, South End, and Beacon Hill neighborhoods. We are seeking a Captain to join Menton, the city’s only Relais & Châteaux fine dining restaurant.

Captains drive the guest experience and sales.  Comprehensive knowledge of wine and beverage and mediterranean cuisine is needed.  Additionally, ideal candidates will possess an innate desire and ability to provide refined hospitality rooted in humility and anticipation of guests’ needs. They will also demonstrate a strong work ethic that reflects respect for the products being served; the chefs who created them; and the indiviiduals who serve them.  Ideal candidates should have three years experience in fine dining in a front/back service model.
