Menton, Chef Barbara Lynch’s Relais & Chateau fine dining restaurant in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood is seeking a full time Bartender to join its team. Open for dinner 5 nights a week Wednesday through Sunday, the Menton Bar has a chic six-seat bar and cocktail tables that can accommodate up to 20 guests. In the Bar, guests may choose from any of the dining room menus in addition to having the cocktail and wine programs at their disposal.
Ideal candidates will have detailed cocktail knowledge and a good base knowledge of wine regions and varietals. Experience in fine dining is preferred.
