Menton – Assistant Captain/Front Server

Menton, Chef Barbara Lynch’s Relais & Châteaux fine dining restaurant in Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood, is seeking a Captain’s Assistant to join their team.

Ideal candidates will be passionate about food, wine, and creative hospitality. They will demonstrate excellent communication skills and will work well with colleagues, both front and back of house.

Furthermore, ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of service etiquette and mechanics along with an appreciation for the little things that add up to make for a great experience for their guests. This position works in direct partnership with their Captains, performing a number of responsibilities that directly impact guests’ dining experience.

Ideal candidates should have one to two years experience in fine dining, however, they are ready to train the right candidate regardless of experience.
