Mamma Maria is one of the only independent fine dining restaurants left in Boston and the only Italian restaurant to be awarded Four Diamonds 3 years in a row since 2018 by AAA. Superior local and seasonal ingredients distinguish the cuisine and their menu is updated daily to reflect rapid market changes. Their setting is historical and unique. Five elegant dining rooms are tucked throughout an antique brick townhouse overlooking North Square in the heart of Boston’s North End neighborhood.
The ideal candidate should possess an appreciation of Italian cuisine and the idea of a market-based menu. A solid mastery of service etiquette is expected, as well as a desire to share (and enhance) the joy of dining in the Italian style. They have a full bar and an all-Italian wine list. A minimum of two years server experience is required – preferably within fine dining environment.
