Boston’s award-winning plant-based restaurant and cafe Lulu Green is hiring full-time and part-time servers for their new, full-service dinner, weekend brunch and swanky cocktail bar. Lulu Green’s plant-based menu focuses on globally-inspired contemporary cuisine with seasonal influence, curated cocktails, organic + vegan wines, as well as local craft beers. They work with the best, cleanest ingredients for a remarkable food and beverage experience.
Ideal candidates are hospitality professionals, have pride in their work, attention to detail and cleanliness and organization always. You should have sound knowledge of plant-based food, specialty and classic cocktails, local beers, and wine. Most importantly, you will ensure our guests have a memorable experience filled with hospitality, delicious food and drinks, and exceptional service.
You will be expected to be an expert on all food and drink items and have solid knowledge of ingredients and preparations. You’ll be a great communicator, and work with a sense of urgency, and grace, throughout your shift. You’ll anticipate guest needs and maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the shift. You are ultimately responsible for the sale and service of LULU GREEN’S food and beverage, while providing all of our guests with warm hospitality.
Previous experience with plant-based cuisine is appreciated, but not required.
The restaurant is just a few blocks from the Red Line’s Broadway station, and directly across the street from the #9 bus stop.
