Boston’s award-winning plant-based restaurant and cafe, Lulu Green, is hiring a part-time Line Cook. Lulu Green’s plant-based menu focuses on globally-inspired contemporary cuisine, with seasonal influence. They work with the best, cleanest ingredients for a remarkable experience.
Ideal candidates have a strong passion for food, technique, and an eagerness to learn more, which comes with the opportunity to build on your skills and grow in the kitchen.
You will be responsible for stocking and prepping your station, cooking, plating, and communicating during service, then breaking down and cleaning once service is finished. You will be expected to be a team player, take direction, and have great attention to detail. You’ll be a great communicator, and work with a sense of urgency throughout your shift.
LULU GREEN has a small but mighty tight-knit crew. You will work alongside the Chef and Owner every shift. Previous experience with plant-based cuisine is appreciated, but not required.
The restaurant is just a few blocks from the Red Line’s Broadway station, and directly across the street from the #9 bus stop.
We have AM and PM shifts available.
