Lulu Green’s Sous Chef is an integral part of their customer experience and the success of their café. The ideal candidate has a high level of professionalism, a positive attitude, is comfortable interacting with customers, follows recipes and procedures, works in a cleanly and organized manner, and meets all food safety and quality standards. They are looking for someone who works well under pressure and thrives in a busy environment, while working closely with co-workers in a team-oriented atmosphere. The ability to multi-task is a must. This position requires 1+ years prior Sous Chef experience in restaurants with a strong knowledge of plant-based food. Scratch cooking experience is a must. Plant-based cooking is a major plus, but they are willing to train the right person. They will also consider a highly skilled Cook that is ready to take on Sous Chef. The ideal candidate has open availability and a career mentality. This is a salaried position.
