Loyal Nine – Assistant General Manager

With the opening of their second restaurant around the corner, Loyal Nine continues to grow. Loyal Nine is hiring restaurant managers, including an Assistant General Manager. The AGM position works directly with the owner/operators that run the Front of House team at Loyal Nine.

Some of the Job Responsibilities include:
-To deputize in the Director of Operations’s absence
-Full oversight and responsibility of the day to day operations of the business
-Lead in training, hiring/terminating, directing, supervising, and development of staff
-Full responsibility and authority over ordering coffee, tea, dry goods, cleaning products, etc
-Maintain a highly positive, teamwork driven environment with the staff
-Push yourself and your staff on a creative level, seeking inspiration from East Coast Revival, telling the story of Loyal Nine through Colonial New England
-Expectation is a work week of 45-55 hours per week
