Ken Oringer and Jamie Bissonnette are looking for an experienced Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef for Little Donkey, an 80-seat high-energy restaurant serving Lunch, Dinner and Brunch on weekends.

  • Must have a stellar track record
  • Experience in fish fabrication
  • Understanding of multicultural foods and flavors
  • Have a curious culinary mind
  • Successful candidate understands the importance of order, organization, work culture,and a fostering environment. The Chef will be daring in creativity, executing a thoughtful yet slightly off-the-wall menu that constantly changes and evolves, including seasonally.
