Lion’s Tail, located in the South End’s Ink Block development is now accepting resumes for a sous chef. Lion’s Tail is known for its unique curated cocktails complimented by Chef Dan Pagano’s locally sourced and New England inspired fare.
Candidates should have 5 years experience cooking within scratch kitchens. They ask that you share a passion for producing creative, high quality dishes with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The desired candidate should have full availability, strong communication skills, as well as, accuracy and speed handling emergency situations while providing solutions. This individual will be responsible for daily prep, working the line, managing day-to-day operations, placing orders and dealing with inventory in Chef’s absence.
