The group behind Lincoln Tavern, Loco, Capo, Fat Baby & Monument are seeking a Chef de Cuisine to join their growing brand.

The right candidate should have:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Sous Chef in a fast paced, high volume atmosphere
  • A great deal of energy, drive & creativity
  • Strong problem solving abilities with a “can do” attitude
  • A passion for great food

The Chef de Cuisine will work alongside the culinary director & ownership to help run the daily operations of the kitchen. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: managing labor & food costs, inventory, ordering, training, managing & mentoring a close knit kitchen, working the line, expediting & maintaining high standards.
