Some of the things you’ll do:

  • Work with a team to create exceptional guest experiences
  • Follow steps of service to meet standards to provide timely and efficient service to every guest
  • Ensure tables are well-maintained and guests have everything they need
  • Assist guests with navigating the menu, paying attention to allergens and highlighting craft beverage options
  • Assist in running food throughout the shift and maintaining pre-bussing
  • Maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and gaming options
  • Build rapport with guests, actively assist them, and communicate their requests
  • Complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned each shift
  • Attend required training sessions and team meetings
  • Create a fun and celebratory atmosphere for guests at every table
  • Exceed guest expectations by providing friendly and caring service
  • Anticipate guests’ needs and ensure their overall experience exceeds expectations
  • Work well with others as a team player

Some of the things we need from you:

  • Strong guest service skills, with a focus on creating positive experiences
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills, including comfort with talking to strangers
  • Ability to work well in a team and a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in high-volume restaurants/bars is preferred
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and a commitment to maintaining standards
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-awareness, receptivity to change, and integrity
  • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, -weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, stoop, and bend as required by the job
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
  • Desire for continued learning and development through training and education
  • Emotional intelligence and self-awareness to provide excellent guest service
  • Ability to obtain required licenses and certifications for the job
