L’Espalier is looking for Servers.
At least two years in the industry are required, covering server, back waiter or food runner position. Good general food knowledge is preferred. Strong work ethic, full availability, ability to follow directions and learn are a plus. Good manners, a positive attitude, teamwork and dedication are premium qualities they are looking for in their employees.

L’Espalier under Frank McClelland, 2007 James Beard award winner, is often credited with being the first restaurant to bring haute cuisine to Boston and is the only independent restaurant in New England to receive fifteen consecutive Five Diamond awards from AAA. In 2015, Star Chefs recognized their Chef de Cuisine and Sommelier; additionally, they have a nationally recognized Pastry Chef, Fromager and published Tea Sommelier. Located on Boylston Street when it opened in 1978, L’Espalier relocated adjacent to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in 2008.
