L’Espalier – Pastry Sous Chef

L’Espalier is looking for a Pastry Sous Chef with 2 years of management experience in a fine dining setting. Must have the ability to work as a part of a team and train new associates. The ideal candidate has a natural sense of urgency, positive attitude, ability to communicate well and is hard working.

L’Espalier is often credited with being the first restaurant to bring haute cuisine to Boston and is the only independent restaurant in New England to receive fourteen consecutive Five Diamond awards from AAA. Located on Boylston Street when it opened in 1978, L’Espalier relocated adjacent to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in 2008.
