LES ZYGOMATES, is looking for an experienced Line Cook. Les Zygomates cuisine draws on the authentic influences from the France and elevates them for today’s modern New England palate. The focus is on the French Bistro. This is a unique opportunity for a cook to learn about use of unique and different spices, butchery, pickling, and much more.
- Experience in Fine Dining or Bistro settings
- Prior experience as a Line Cook

- Basic knowledge of food terminology such as; basting, poaching, braising, julienne, or chiffonade.
