Les Zygomates, an established Wine Bar & Bistro specializing in French Cuisine, is seeking a hands-on Chef. They are a 150 seat upscale restaurant with 2 full Bars and live Jazz 6 nights a week.
The ideal candidate should be professional, creative and self motivated. Also must be able to teach and lead by example, as well as, creating/keeping a respectful work environment.
They are open 6 nights a week and 5 days for lunch. Closed Sundays.
Are you the Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef working for the “Executive Chef/Owner” and doing all the work and getting none of the credit? This is your chance to run your own kitchen and showcase your creative talent.
