
Lehrhaus: A Jewish Tavern & House of Learning is looking for a fun, passionate, and organized Bar Manager to join their team.
Lehrhaus offers the new beverage program from award-winning hospitality and bar consultant Naomi Levy. Her cocktails range across continents, exploring the dynamic flavors of the Jewish diaspora in novel & exciting drinks. Already her drinks for Lehrhaus have drawn accolades from Boston Magazine, Eater Boston, and Thrillist.
The Bar Manager will take the lead in the day-to-day operations of the bar and dining room. Responsibilities include overseeing dining room service, ordering and inventory management, training bar staff, ensuring proper product standards are met, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar. The Bar Manager will have heavy interaction in the dining room, working with General Manager Stephen Bowman to ensure that hospitality standards are upheld and developing relationships with guests.

This is also a great opportunity for an experienced candidate who’d enjoy the pace of the Jewish Calendar offering shifts ending by midnight and many Friday & Saturday nights off to spend with family and friends.
