Ledger restaurant in historic Salem, MA is a progressive New England concept with a focus on wood fire cooking led by Chef Daniel Gursha. They are hiring a pastry line cook to work in their state of the art open kitchen to grow as grow in their pastry team headed by Pastry Chef Kate Holowchik.
Ledger hires candidates based on attitude as well as a desire to gain experience to take the next step in their careers. They are a hands-on scratch kitchen and are looking for passionate individuals that want to grow creatively and advance within their growing company. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in baking and pastry, maintaining cleanliness and organization, problem solving skills, and self motivation.This position would work alongside with Executive Chef Gursha to maintain Ledger’s level of execution and consistency as well as Ledger’s Pastry Chef.
Ledger Restaurant is open for dinner 6 days a week, brunch on the weekends, and closed on Mondays.
