Ledger restaurant in historic Salem, Ma is a progressive New England concept with a focus on wood fire cooking led by Chef Daniel Gursha. Ledger Restaurant when opened for full service is open for dinner 6 days a week, brunch on the weekends, and closed on Mondays. Ledger is currently working a market and restaurant hybrid concept six days a week before its reopening transition when the state allows it with the current COVID19 restrictions.
