L’Andana Grill, the Burlington outpost of Columbus Hospitality Group, is seeking food runners and hosts.
Ideal candidates will possess an innate desire and ability to provide refined hospitality rooted in humility and anticipation of guests’ needs. They will also demonstrate a strong work ethic that reflects respect for the products being served; the chefs who created them; and the individuals who serve them. Furthermore, ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of service etiquette and mechanics along with an appreciation of how they contribute to the hospitality experience. Food runners work in partnership with the kitchen, performing a number of responsibilities that directly impact guests’ dining experience which include but are not limited to knowing the menu and delivering food to guests and responding to any other guest request made of them. Host responsibilities include coat check, maintaining cleanliness at the host stand, and maintaining a professional demeanor as the first and last face of the restaurant that a guest sees upon arrival and departure.
Ideal candidates will have experience in luxury dining; however, they are ready to train the right candidate regardless of experience.
