LaBelle Winery is New England’s fastest-growing wine brand with 12,000+ thousand case production, a full event center in multiple locations, casual, upscale dining, and a full line of retail products. Located in Amherst, NH, one hour north of Boston and 45 minutes from the coast, on an 11 acre site with 3 acres of vineyard, LaBelle Winery is now opening a third location in Derry, NH. LaBelle Winery produces 30+ varieties of traditional grape and other fruit wine.

LaBelle Winery is seeking an excellent Restaurant Manager, full of passion and energy, for their Amherst location. *Qualified candidates must have experience in leading upscale restaurants with an extreme focus on the customer experience. Wine knowledge, people skills, and excellent personality, hospitality instincts, experience in financials, experience leading a team, and attention to detail are a must.*

The primary responsibility of a LaBelle Winery Restaurant Manager is for the operational and financial successes of the restaurant with an extreme focus on service and guest experience at LaBelle Winery. Supervise the performance of staff, train new staff, and ensure sufficient staffing levels, all within budget. Teamwork, a sense of humor, a strong work ethic and a true enjoyment of both wine and people are vital for success.

Ideal candidate will possess Restaurant Management experience, financial acumen, and effective communication skills.

Ability to work nights and Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays is necessary. Competitive pay and benefits offered.
