La Brasa seeks an experienced sous chef to execute a unique menu of wood-fired dishes. No powders, no chemicals, just good food. Experience with butchering is welcome, as is experience breaking down fish for raw preparations. You must have a natural sense of urgency, positive attitude, ability to communicate well and be hard working. Experience is necessary.
