Server*
They are seeking experienced and enthusiastic servers to deliver 5-star dining experiences to every guest with the finest Japanese and Pan-Asian cuisine. From welcoming and engaging their guests, to keeping things organized and clean, their front of the house staff members take pride in making each guest feel like a VIP.

What you bring:
-Minimum of 2 years of serving experience
-Knowledge in Japanese and Chinese cuisine preferred
-Excellent knowledge in basic service etiquette and types of alcoholic beverages
-A desire to help out where needed and work as part of a team
-Passion for providing extraordinary service
-An appetite for learning and growing
-A positive attitude and smile
-Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
-Ability to remain busy during slower shifts and handle stress during busy shifts

*Busser*
Bussers ensure quick table-turnover and efficient service by cleaning tables, taking empty plates, utensils, and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, making sure diners’ water glasses are full, and resetting tables for the next service. Bussers help waitstaff bring food out to tables when needed, restock utensils, napkins, and other dining room needs

*Bartender*
They are looking for enthusiastic bartenders who are service-oriented and eager to learn. The chosen candidates will be able to mix and match ingredients in order to concoct house-signature and classic cocktails in accordance with customers’ needs and expectations. At JP Fuji Group you will work with the freshest ingredients, balanced recipes, friendly co-workers, and exceptional cuisine to provide each guest with an unforgettable experience.

What you bring:
-Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience
-Excellent knowledge in wine, beer, sake, execution of basic cocktails, and service etiquette
-Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
-Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
-Knowledge in Japanese and Chinese cuisine preferred
-Ability to remain busy during slower shifts and handle stress during busy shift

*Host*
Hosts are responsible for the overall organization and execution of lunch and dinner services including: Greeting guests and welcoming them upon arrival, Asking appropriate questions about party size, reservations, etc., Orchestrating the seating of their guests in accordance with the host-created layout, Answering phone calls and questions about their business and menu, Taking and managing take out orders (tips included!), Relaying guest requests and feedback to service employees, Maintaining a stocked, organized station, Thanking the guests and welcoming them back upon their exit

What you bring:
-The ideal applicant is eager to learn and eager to contribute. Restaurant experience unnecessary, some job experience preferred. If you have worked in any customer service job before (cafes, ice cream shops, stores, movie theaters), they would love to hear from you
