Jack’s Abby is seeking a baker or pastry chef to join the Beer Hall & Kitchen Back of House team. This position would involve assisting the Bakery Team in their day to day production. - Assist bakery team with daily production as directed by Lead baker
- Assist in daily cleaning
- Help maintain a clean & Sanitary work environment
- Follow local and state health codes
- Min 1 year experience in a high volume restaurant or commercial bakery
- Experience working with natural yeast a plus
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills, creativity
- Ability to work in a small environment with an emphasis on teamwork
- Ability to lift 75 pounds from floor to shoulder height.
- Ability to stand, walk, crouch, and lift regularly throughout the duration of a shift.
Understanding of English language/Bi-linguial (Spanish or Portguese AND English) is a plus
