Award winning Italian restaurant in Boston is hiring for a Chef De Cuisine to join their full management team. Candidates should have a strong understanding of Italian cuisine and at least 5 years management experience. The restaurant is open for dinner only and they pride themselves on making flavorful, thoughtful food from scratch with a focus on quality ingredients and technique. Education is important not only for their cooks but for their management team as well. You will be responsible for day to day operations of the kitchen including but not limited to- HR hiring/training, schedules, menu development, food and labor costs, quality control and managing a team of 20 BOH employees.
