In partnership with Island Creek Oyster Farm in Duxbury, MA, Island Creek Oyster Bar is a fine dining seafood restaurant in the heart of Boston. The ICOB kitchen is education focused, with an emphasis on the best seafood New England has to offer. Every day, the menu changes to reflect fresh produce, local fish and shellfish and New England classic dishes. ICOB is hiring experienced line cooks eager to work hard and learn more about line operations, seafood butchery and cooking. Qualified cooks will have 1 year of experience in a kitchen setting, will be detail oriented and precise. This is a great position for someone looking to refine their skills in a busy, professional kitchen specializing in local and sustainable seafood.

ICOB serves lunch on the weekends and dinner daily. They are looking for candidates with FULL-TIME availability. Grill and Saute stations will be the areas of focus.
