A hybrid of New England shore food and creative, seasonally influenced seafood, the menu reflects their sensibilities, printed just before service to ensure that it’s presenting the freshest ingredients possible. ICOB Burlington is looking to hire a Sous Chef to join the team.
Under Chef Sewall, this individual will join a professional team committed to excellence and consistency within a high volume atmosphere. The right candidate will be a leader and teacher, with strong organizational skills. The right candidate will influence both meat and fish preparation, classic sauces & stocks and a growing catering program. Previous Sous Chef experience is appreciated but not necessary if the candidate is the right fit.
