Located in Burlington, MA, Island Creek Oyster Bar is led by Chef Jeremy Sewall and Skip Bennett of Island Creek Oysters. A hybrid of New England shore food and creative, seasonally influenced seafood, their menu reflects their sensibility, printed just before service to ensure that they’re presenting the freshest ingredients possible.
They are seeking servers to join their team for the busy Spring and Summer seasons. They’re a 180 seat restaurant with an additional 40 seats on the patio and 40 seats in their Private Dining space; they are open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week (brunch on Sunday!), they offer an ever evolving beer and wine program supported by an educational culture that promotes personal and professional development.
