Located in Burlington, MA, Island Creek Oyster Bar is led by Chef Jeremy Sewall and Skip Bennett of Island Creek Oysters. A hybrid of New England shore food and creative, seasonally influenced seafood, their menu reflects their sensibility, printed just before service to ensure that they’re presenting the freshest ingredients possible.
Island Creek Oyster Bar is looking for enthusiastic bartenders to join their solid bar team. Candidates should be well versed in hospitality, craft cocktails, spirits, craft beers and possess a fine attention to detail. Their bar program is well curated by the talented bar team under the direction of beverage director Jackson Cannon. A willingness to learn and grow as a hospitality professional required as they are always educating their staff on a daily basis on all aspects of service.
