Located in Kenmore Square, Island Creek Oyster Bar is led by Chef Jeremy Sewall and Skip Bennett of Island Creek Oysters. A hybrid of New England shore food and creative, seasonally influenced seafood, their menu reflects their sensibility, printed just before service to ensure that they’re presenting the freshest ingredients possible.
Island Creek Oyster Bar is in search of hard working bar professionals who can effortlessly maneuver between high volume baseball game service and high touch, fine dining service. Ideal candidates will have a strong knowledge of food, wine and cocktails with seamless communication skills. Qualified applicants will have a thirst for knowledge and strong team spirit. Prior experience in a fine dining setting is appreciated. Island Creek Oyster Bar is also looking for Bar Proteges who are looking to expand their knowledge and skill set.
