The Hourly – Line Cook

The Hourly Oyster House seeks an experienced line cook to join their kitchen team. They are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, responsible applicant who has a genuine love of food, local product, and an eagerness to learn new skills. Must be able to work weekends. This is a PM line cook position (3:30-11:30pm), 5 nights per week.

Responsibilities include: prep and production, working a station on the line and supporting the kitchen team. Applicants
should have a genuine love of hospitality, flexible availability and the ability to function well under pressure. A culinary
