Hotel Commonwealth & Eastern Standard – Banquet Sous Chef

The Hotel Commonwealth Food & Beverage program is executed in partnership with Eastern Standard, Island Creek Oyster Bar and The Hawthorne. Across room service and private events, the Food and Beverage team strives for interesting menu offerings and detail-oriented, polished execution.

They are seeking a Sous Chef to work across banquet, room service and all event operations. Ideal candidates have hotel / and or restaurant culinary experience. Events or catering experience is appreciated but not required. This position will work across the full event schedule, while focusing on AM time periods that include room service breakfast. They offer a team oriented, dynamic atmosphere with the opportunity to work with great products in a state of the art kitchen space and bake shop.
