Hojoko seeks an experienced line cook to join the kitchen team!
What is Hojoko? A fun, high-energy izakaya (Japanese tavern) in The Verb Hotel in the Fenway Neighborhood.
They are looking for humble, ego-free individuals with a genuinely positive attitude and demeanor who are dependable, focused and hospitality-driven. Food preparation and 3-5 years of line experience is strongly preferred. Extensive Japanese food knowledge is not required.
Chef Tim and Nancy Cushman and their team have developed a unique culture that has developed over years of hard work and commitment. They have a high level of respect for each other as well as their guests who join them every night.
Shift is full time. They are open 7 days a week.
Pay is competitive based on the position and level of experience.
