Highland Kitchen is a fast-paced restaurant that serves award-winning comfort food to their Somerville neighbors and beyond. They opened their doors in 2007 and quickly became one of Greater Boston’s favorite neighborhood destinations. Alongside their staple dishes, they have daily specials that feature local farms and purveyors to invoke creativity and enhance skill set.
They are looking for a sous chef. Prior Sous experience is preferred; however, this could also be a good position for an experienced line cook looking to take on more responsibility, to learn and to grow. Candidate must be energetic, have a passion for food, and be able to lead others in a fast-paced, family-driven environment.
