Highland Kitchen is looking for a dynamic and positive individual to lead their award winning kitchen as a chef. Applicants must have experience working in a high energy and demanding environment and the ability to manage a team of prep and line cooks. Individuals will be required to create and implement daily specials using seasonal ingredients. Speed, good organizational and communication skills along with a flexible schedule are necessary. Sous Chef
They’re looking for a high energy and responsible individual who is organized, team oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity for a rising star line-cook looking for a management position. Applicants must be able to learn on-the-fly in a high volume and fast paced environment.
