Hi-Rise Bread Company is hiring a Pastry Manager!
The Pastry Manager will oversee the operations of Hi-Rise’s pastry department, coordinating daily production needs and baking schedules. An effective Pastry Manager will ensure that quality standards are met in all aspects of of operation while executing Hi-Rise’s time-honored recipes for cookies, cakes, pies, tarts, and quickbreads. Additionally, the Pastry Manager will have the creative capacity to develop new products that fit within the established brand identity.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, independent leader who has significant experience in the pastry departments of bakeries and/or restaurants.
