Hi-Rise Bread Co. is hiring a Pastry Coordinator. Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of professional baking experience, preferably in pastry, in either a restaurant or bakery setting. Applicants should be able to take direction and work independently, the successful candidate will be able to help develop new projects and products while being able to contribute to the execution of Hi-Rise’s longstanding recipes.
Opportunities to take on more responsibilities, including the supervision of a small pastry team, will be available for the right candidate.
This is a full-time, hourly position (rate DOE), with employer-sponsored health insurance available after three months of employment.
