Hi-Rise Bread Co. is hiring full- and part-time counter staff! Working in a high volume, fast-paced setting, counter staff take and assemble orders, deliver completed orders for curbside pickup, manage product inventory, and perform other operational tasks.
Additionally, Counter Staff are able to work at one of the many farmers markets in which Hi-Rise participates during the market season. This is a perfect job for energetic, motivated people who enjoy working on a small team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service in a complex environment.
Experience in food service — particularly in a front-of-house role at a cafe or restaurant — is preferred but not required. Counter employees receive a competitive base salary and excellent tips, with total compensation for entry-level employees typically averaging $20-24/hr (and higher).
Barista training is available for the right candidates, as are other opportunities for advancement.
