Bettini is a modern, coastal American restaurant. The menus are seasonal, inspired by the ingredients sourced from local farms and fisherman. The restaurant is open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, with brunch on the weekends. In addition, guests can enjoy the all-day menus by the hotel pool, sitting on the veranda overlooking the ocean, or for room service.
They are looking for passionate, motivated and experienced line & prep cooks to join the kitchen team. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in high volume restaurants.

- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism at all times
- Efficiency with following recipes and ensuring adherence to all recipes
- Keep a clean & organized station at all times
- Advanced Knife Handling Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a high volume restaurant or hotel kitchen
- Strong work ethic, hunger to learn and grow, positive attitude, passionate about food
- Commitment to excellence and working with the team
