Gustazo Waltham is currently hiring an Assistant General Manager. Gustazo is an independent, chef-owned, woman-owned business. Gustazo has been Best of Boston in 2018 and 2020, and was named one of the best 50 restaurants in Boston in 2019 by Boston Magazine.
Gustazo offers a creative and contemporary Cuban tapas menu, and a carefully curated craft cocktails program with a bar menu featuring over 100 rums and arguably the most extensive and unique Cuban rums collection outside Havana.
The Waltham restaurant is a 275 seats location with a beautiful outdoor dining area, two spacious dining rooms and two bars.
Gustazo Waltham is looking for an AGM who will lead by example, with kindness and assertiveness. Who will work in synergy with the GM and who will constantly educate, polish, and grow the FOH team, with the ultimate goal of creating an exceptional dining experience.
