Gustazo Cambridge is currently looking for a sous chef/lead line cook to work the line and assist in daily kitchen operations, reporting directly to the Chef. They are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, who are passionate about food and the restaurant industry, and who have experience working in a fast-paced yet detail-oriented atmosphere.
This position provides opportunities for growth, development of new skills and techniques, the chance to work collaboratively to develop new menu items, and gain hands-on experience working with local produce. Gustazo Cambridge is easily accessible via the Red Line (Porter Square stop) and local bus lines (Route 77). Compensation would be based on prior experience.
Gustazo is a tapas restaurant that serves modern interpretations of classic homestyle Cuban dishes.
