Groundswell Cafe + Bakery is currently looking to add an Cafe Manager to their team. The position will be a key holder position responsible for assisting with all day-to-day operations including maintaining all SOP’s and going above and beyond to provide exceptional guest service. Will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining beverage inventory, assisting the general manager in development of the beer and wine program, and assisting with cafe service and administrative duties. Candidates must be team players with 1+ years FOH management experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required. Must be an organized, detail oriented, and passionate hospitality professional, experience with full service restaurant beer and wine service a plus.
