Grill 23 & Bar is seeking positive, motivated individuals, who are willing to work hard, have a team-oriented attitude and can manage multiple tasks on top of giving great service to their valued guests. Grill 23 & Bar has been Boston’s best steakhouse for over thirty years. They don’t do just steak, by the way, they are very seriously seafood minded as well. Working with them, you will have the ability to learn about volume, consistency and excellence.

Experience in high volume kitchens is a plus, but they are also willing to train motivated individuals. Individuals who apply will be expected to:
- Skillfully use knives and kitchen equipment while following all safety guidelines.
- Follow the direction of the Chef, Sous Chefs, and Front of the House Managers.
- Work well with co-workers.
- Read and follow recipes.
- Maintain good personal hygiene.
- Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Lift up to 30 lbs.
