Grill 23 & Bar – Wine & Beverage Manager

Grill 23 & Bar has been Boston’s best steakhouse for over forty years. At Grill 23 they are dedicated to providing guests with an exceptional experience in an energetic setting. With a world-class wine list and carefully executed culinary program, Grill 23 strives to exceed its reputation. They are looking for a Wine & Beverage Manager to join their Front of House management team.

This individual will work closely with all employees to maintain excellence in all aspects of the beverage program. They will provide guidance and recommendations to both our staff and guests to create an exceptional dining experience. As a hands-on member of the Management team, this person will ensure all aspects of the restaurant are running smoothly and efficiently to deliver genuine hospitality.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2-3 years beverage management experience;
  • 3-5 years experience in restaurant or hospitality environment;
  • CMS Advanced Sommelier certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Base Pay: $70k-85k/year
